When you’re selling: My 19 years of success as a full time and year-round Naples Realtor means I know how to showcase your house effectively, including fine art and drone photography and videos, then to market and promote it so that it attracts qualified buyers, enabling us to get it SOLD for the highest price. I won’t encourage you to take an offer, but will carefully review the terms of any offer and consider it my job to point out all terms which I think we can counter to be more in your favor. Throughout the process, I’m with you every step of the way, making sure your questions are answered, all the details are handled expertly, and the entire experience is a positive one.  I can suggest several excellent local and reasonable real estate attorneys to close for you.

When you’re buying: My expertise in the local market means I can introduce you to homes that meet your criteria – and won’t waste your time with those that don’t – and notify you immediately of brand new listings or price reductions. I can advise you on what to look for when viewing a home if you like, and I can arm you with in-depth details on every property you see. If you aren’t in town, I am happy to go and preview homes for you to eliminate some that don’t meet your criteria without dragging you there. When you find a home you fall in love with, I know how to negotiate effectively based on a thorough review of the neighborhood comps so you get that property at the best possible price.  I won’t show you 3 – 5 homes and say “Pick one!”  I will happily show you as many different properties as it takes to find the right one for you.   I can recommend several experienced and down to earth home inspectors for you to choose from once you find that right home, and will make sure you have all the neighborhood Rules and Financials and homeowner documents before your contract is finalized.
