Joann went above and beyond in helping my wife and I find a place in Naples. She was very patient as our search last over a year since we weren't in Florida too often. Once we found the place is where Joann really shined. Her knowledge and connections with Lawyers, home inspectors, Insurance brokers, handyman, painters etc was tremendously helpful. JoAnn is the quintessential real estate agent. I believe she does not consider the commission when she takes on a client. She worked as hard for us as I believe she would for any client with a home 10 times the value. I have known Joann Aycock for 14 years. She was instrumental in renting us a villa in the Vineyards in January 2010, sold us a condo in Regency Reserve in 2012, and now sold the same condo to new buyers. She is extremely professional, easy to work with, and not pushy. I have referred her to neighbors whose condo she sold last year.
